Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features and your billing is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What happens after the trial?
After your 14-day free trial ends, you can choose a paid plan to continue. If you decide not to subscribe, your account will be paused and your data will be preserved for 30 days so you can come back anytime.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Save 20% with annual billing. Toggle between monthly and annual pricing at the top of this page to see the discounted rates. Annual plans are billed as a single payment for the year.
Can I add more team members?
Starter includes up to 2 team members and Pro includes up to 10. If you need more than your plan allows, you can upgrade to the next tier or contact us about custom team sizing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using STRATA until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer a demo?
Yes. We have a self-service demo environment where you can explore STRATA with sample data before signing up. You can also book a guided walkthrough with our team if you prefer a personalized introduction.
What support is included?
All plans include email support. Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans receive priority email support with faster response times. Enterprise+ plans include a dedicated account manager.
